The Associate Territory Business Manager (ATBM) is a robust four- to six-months sales training program designed to prepare a recent college graduate to be field-ready as a Sales Professional, called a Territory Business Manager (TBM). The program comprises of two key phases: Foundational Learning and Application Learning. The 8 - 10-Week Foundational Learning encompasses classroom learning, self-learning, reading, quizzes, TBM shadowing, and mock-appointments/presentations with the intent to learn the basics of the sales cycle, ImageFIRST products and processes, and the healthcare industry. Following is the Application Learning, designed to provide hands-on training of types of sales cycle activities a TBM needs to do to be successful: sales blitzes, list building/clean up, researching and more.   The ATBM program requires relocation to our King of Prussia, PA location. After completion of the program, candidates will be assigned to their own territory (near a major U.S. metropolitan area).
