Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and recording journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, analyzing financial statements, recording cash activity and preparing the corporate bank reconciliation, and other special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries to the general ledger and have general ledger accountability
- Ensure the timely reporting of monthly financial information

Minimum Qualifications/Attributes:

- Accurately posts customer payments by applying checks, ACH payments, and credit card payments in a high-volume environment
- Scans daily deposits to bank
- Creates and applies credits to customer accounts
- Researches and resolves payment discrepancies
- Communicates with field administrators for application instructions
- Runs monthly statements
- Creates billings as needed
- Communicates with collection agencies regarding terminated accounts
- Assist Accounts Receivable supervisor with various duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years' of experience in the full cycle Accounts Receivable process
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred
- Experience with collections of past due invoices strongly preferred
- Minimal supervision needed
- Accuracy is essential when completing daily tasks and miscellaneous projects
- Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines

1st shift: Monday-Friday days
Pay:$65,000 - $70,000 + yearly bonus based on KPI’s
Car Allowance: $500.00/month and Fuel Card
The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct, and develop customer relations and service management in a Route Sales environment. The District Service Manager will oversee 4-6 routes and manage the growth opportunities within these routes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, train, develop and coach Route Drivers and other Service team members
- Daily execution of service routes and customer interactions
- Route Logistics – Routing of Accounts
- Daily merchandise control of all clean and soiled products
- Daily coaching, training and monitoring of route performance through check in process
- Manage daily account functions: (audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation etc.)
- Accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices
- Manage all daily productivity and performance expectations
- Execute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route business
- Ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits
- Other duties as assigned
