The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for shuttling ImageFIRST products between our Laurel Maryland and Clifton, New Jersey locations   Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Scan packages at shipping sites and ensure proper shipping - Load and unload sheet carts during delivery and pick up - Comply with company safety policies and guidelines relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles and overall safe work practices - Work closely with Plant Manager and Production Supervisors to ensure product needs are met - Unload clean and reload soiled linens onto the truck in NJ (approximately 20 carts) - Decontaminate truck Schedule: - Monday – Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - The shuttle leaves the plant at 11:30 p.m. and arrives in NJ at 2:00 a.m. The Driver will not need to load at pickup in Columbia - Leave New Jersey around 3:30 a.m. if not earlier and arrive back in Columbia at 6:00 a.m - Assistance will be given to unload the truck and then the Driver will decontaminate it - The truck will get loaded with clean product as it becomes available MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have at least two years of truck driving experience - Must possess Driver’s License (Class C)  - Clean Driving Record  - Able to push, pull 15-20 sheet carts 2 x a day. This Sales Support - Administrative Assistant role provide contract, reporting and administrative support for Sales Leadership and our national sales team.   Duties: - Build and maintain reports for Sales Division and Senior Leadership - Perform ad hoc research and analysis projects - able to synthesize data and research into clear and concise proposals for stakeholders - Support data requests and queries, as needed - Provide reporting, data analysis and support to expedite workflows, automate processes, and improve the precision of manual processes where needed - Provide pricing updates and administrative support to the service and sales divisions - Document all data and reporting processes - Processing, managing, reviewing, auditing and reporting on customer contracts - Assist in the management of National and Major Accounts pricing and contracts - Perform document management, including scanning, uploading and filing - Maintain core business application through data entry, customer account maintenance - Generate and update various reports as assigned - Front line support of inbound requests from Sales and Service divisions   Technical Skills Requirement: - Good computer knowledge of PC platform and Microsoft Office tools - Positive, customer service-oriented role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Able to navigate competing priorities - Must enjoy a fast paced, deadline driven work environment - Familiarity with sales support systems and processes a plus - Some database/CRM knowledge a plus MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Computer skills with a willingness to learn our enterprise system - Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel skills - Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing via email - Ability and willingness to assist with projects, including web research - Flexibility, with the willingness and capability of taking on additional assignments as necessary
