Overview

ImageFIRST is a rapidly growing private equity held, healthcare laundry services business, evolving itself into a top of class, organization with a strong cultural footprint, a focus on continuous improvement and recognition of the need for new levels of discipline and execution, across the company. We are seeking an experienced, high impact Director of FP&A and Financial Modeling  to join our senior-level HR team in Elsmford, NY.

 

This position is located in Elmsford, NY with regular travel to King of Prussia, PA during the first several months.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Director of FP&A and Financial Modeling will be:

 

 
  1. Responsible for all monthly reporting of financials (actuals, v plan and v Pr Yr) to leadership and Calera
  2. Responsible for quarterly reporting to Board and ad hoc/miscellaneous reporting responsible for top-down three statement model (run sensitivity and what-if analyses)
  3. Responsible for annual operating plan and developing monthly process for reporting results of forecast
  4. Active role on exit readiness projects led by VP-Data Analytics, including coordinating efforts directly with Calera 
  5. Responsible for related systems that support reporting (Oracle EPM, etc.)
  6. Responsible for developing more effective, forward-looking reports and analyses of KPIs currently measured throughout the Company 
  7. Reporting to SVP of FP&A

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
  • Advanced financial statement modeling
  • Advanced experience working with Oracle EPM or similar platforms
  • Effective leadership, mentoring and communication skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related field
  • PE experience of 2+ years
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
  • Solid mathematical aptitude
  • Strong and effective project management skills
  • Ability to conduct User Acceptance testing and build hierarchies within EPM
