Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician at our St Louis location, with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team.
Pay: $28 - $36 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift - 2:30pm to 11:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery
- Write, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
- Program PLC's

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with training all new associates working in the embroidery room.
- Assist in creating names and logos for embroidery jobs.
- Complete sew out samples of new logos for a variety of locations and customers.
- Assist in communicating with the Stockroom team regarding status of work orders in the embroidery room.
- Complete daily tasks of the embroidery room including, but not limited to, hooping of garments, loading/unloading machines, uploading designs, trimming, and completing orders.
- Follow established designs and specifications.
- Sew utilizing all available industrial embroidery machines.
- Comply with strict OSHA standards:
- Operate all equipment according to OSHA standards.
- Perform job functions adhering to OSHA standards.
- Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies are always adhered to.
- Shut off all equipment when not in use.
- Comply with the ImageFIRST Way guidelines.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor and adhere to the direction of stockroom management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of applicable experience preferred
- Basic reading, computer and math skills required
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and written
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds as needed
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Fast learner, detailed oriented, and accuracy driven is a must
- Will need to differentiate colors for accuracy while inspecting the garment during and after being processed
- Must be able to stand for an extended period while using hands and arms
- Follow and understand customer designs and specifications
- Previous experience with embroidery or sewing in an operations setting preferred.
