Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the recruitment life cycle, as well as additional administrative support.

 

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday (On-Site); Fridays (Remote)

  • Schedule and manage in-person and virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and updates
  • Ensure a high-touch, candidate-centric experience by anticipating needs and providing proactive communication throughout the process
  • Track the scheduling process in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Assist with background check processes and select onboarding activities for new hires
  • Provide quality support for hourly, non-exempt recruiting in the 40+ ImageFIRST plant locations
  • Provide support to the broader Talent Acquisition team with additional duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years in an agency environment supporting candidate management activities or the equivalent
  • Proficient in or able to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software; familiarity with ICIMS
  • Flexible and willing to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Proactive and independent, with a strong ability to take initiative
  • Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to quickly learn new applicant tracking systems
