We are looking to add a Senior Director of First Aid to the ImageFIRST organization.
The Senior Director of First Aid will work closerly with the Executive Vice President to implement the First Aid strategy and oversee all aspects of sales, service, and operations. In this position you will be collaborating with Senior Leadership to deliver exciting results for the organization.
Our First Aid Division which falls under our Safety & Hygiene program by calling on various businesses. Any business with more than 15 employees is required by OSHA to have certain safety products. This includes items like ANSI/SEA First Aid Kits, Eye wash stations, AEDs, and Fire Extinguishers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the existing ImageFIRST team to grow the First Aid business in select markets. Help aggressively scale the footprint and revenues.
- Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by implementing and developing strategic plans in coordination with local leadership teams, prepare and complete action plans; implement sales, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine regional sales system improvements and implement changes
- Lead Territory Business Manager and Service teams to success
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential large accounts
- Establish common ground and focus on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests
- Build and maintain relationships with VP level and above
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Day Shift / hours could vary- Monday - Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue
- Load unload/truck: organize products; invoices, inventory, maintain log books
- Truck maintenance: timely communication of repairs, preventative maintenance, accidents
- Work directly with customers to ensure customer service, inventory, and quality control is maintained
- Provide route relief by driving routes to cover vacations, call outs, re-routes and additional volume

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be based out of High Point, NC. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for shuttling ImageFIRST products between our High Point and Concord locations
Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Scan packages at shipping sites and ensure proper shipping
- Load and unload sheet carts during delivery and pick up
- Comply with company safety policies and guidelines relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles and overall safe work practices

1st shift: Monday – Friday
Pay:$75K - $82K + yearly bonus based on KPI’s
Car Allowance: $400.00/month
The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct, and develop customer relations and service management in a Route Sales environment. The District Service Manager will oversee 5-6 routes and manage the growth opportunities within these routes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, train, develop and coach Route Drivers and other Service team members
- Daily execution of service routes and customer interactions
- Route Logistics – Routing of Accounts
- Daily merchandise control of all clean and soiled products
- Daily coaching, training and monitoring of route performance through check in process
