As a Senior Business Analyst at ImageFIRST, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across our organization. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to uncover opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence—serving as the vital link between business needs and technical solutions.
In this high-impact role, you’ll not only lead complex, cross-functional projects but also mentor fellow analysts and occasionally step in for the Innovation Applications Manager to guide the team. Partner across departments to proactively identify change needs, gather business requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
Lead business analysis efforts using strong critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Document complex requirements with clarity and precision for development and stakeholder review.
Create high-quality diagrams—including business process flows, workflows, and dataflows—using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to visualize and enhance understanding.
Deliver compelling presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to various levels of leadership.
Mentor junior analysts, providing thought leadership and guidance.
