The Loadout Coordinator will provide timely and accurate inventory needs information to support the team in achieving 100% loadouts.   The Loadout Coordinator will perform the following tasks, including but not limited to:  - Break down items: scan, process/sort, tag and label product - Quality Control: audit and inspect product - Load and unload laundry - Inspect product to see that it meets standards for finishing, stains, and repairs - Daily audits of inventory - Analyze and monitor shelf levels for loadouts - Report needs in a timely manner to supervisor - Help ensure loadouts are completed 100% daily - Communicate shortages to supervisor - Other duties may be assigned depending on area of plant   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - Internal Hire Only - Servant attitude - Solid verbal and written communication - Respected by peers - Consistently have good results - Coachable - Maintain regular, dependable attendance and high-level performance - Flexibility in scheduling based on volume.
