RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical systems
- Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- HVAC
- Welding
- Piping systems
- PLC programming
- High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Production Associates
- Manage production standards
- Manage production schedule that delivers required products
- Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
- Manage product control program to minimize loss
- Manage Safety & Health Program; ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
- Maintain high associate approval rating
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational and oral communications skills
- Computer literate, general PC applications; MS Suite/Excel a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor and adhere to the direction of plant management within scope of responsibilities
- Adhere to quality standards
- Inspect linens to ensure they meet company standards
- Assure product is packaged according to company standards
- Assure special wash and/or special requests are properly processed
- Comply with strict OSHA standards:
- Operate all equipment according to OSHA standards
- Perform job functions adhering to OSHA standards
- Decontaminate work area after shift according to OSHA standards
- Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies are adhered to at all times
- Shut off all equipment when not in use
- Comply with the ImageFIRST Way guidelines

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Custodian will be responsible for the maintenance of the facility or plant, and will provide assistance where needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Provide light maintenance to equipment
- Move product as needed to facilitate production processes
- Daily equipment upkeep/safety inspections
- Keep production area & facilities clean and neat
- Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment
- Perform basic routine upkeep on facilities
- Responsible for communicating with other departments to assist with production
- Associate will be crossed trained in multiple areas to help as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Must be comfortable working around chemicals and other cleaning products
- Must have basic maintenance skills
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must be self-motivated, able to complete a task to the best of her ability under little or no supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for shuttling ImageFIRST products between our Gilroy and Hayward locations
Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Scan packages at shipping sites and ensure proper shipping
- Load and unload sheet carts during delivery and pick up
- Comply with company safety policies and guidelines relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles and overall safe work practices
- Work closely with Plant Manager and Production Supervisors to ensure product needs are met
- Unload clean and reload soiled linens onto the truck in Gilroy (approximately 20 carts)
- Decontaminate truck
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Hours vary
- Assistance will be given to unload the truck and then the Driver will decontaminate it
- The truck will get loaded with clean product as it becomes available
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least two years of truck driving experience
- Must possess Driver’s License (Class C)
- Clean Driving Record
- Able to push, pull 15-20 sheet carts 2 x a day. Sheet carts weigh anyway between 300lbs and 600lbs
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Candidate must possess a high energy attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
