The primary purpose of the maintenance technician III / tunnel operator is to start up, perform daily operation and shut down of the Continuous Batch Washer (CBW / Tunnel) to include press extractor, dryers, shuttle cart / pod conveyors, transfer conveyors, rail distribution system, operation (clean side / soil side) and the daily start up / shut down of the small wash. This position is a reference starting point for entry level III maintenance technician. The Tunnel Operator will assist the small wash operator in executing the daily schedule for production as assigned and provide a continuous flow of clean processed linen to make shipping requirements to service our customers.   $14.00/ Hr   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible and accountable for the daily operation of the CBW system. - Must be able to successfully start up and place into operation daily the CBW(s) to include the press extractor (s), lifts, transfer conveyor (s), dryers, and other logistical equipment associated with the tunnels to include the ability to operate the E-Tech soil and clean rail system to tag bags and transfer goods. - Responsible for the removal and relocation of any sling load dropped or routed to the incorrect destination. - Responsible for maintaining 24 transfers per hour per tunnel. - Responsible and accountable for the routine daily maintenance of the CBW tunnel equipment to include but not limited to power washing around the floor area of the tunnel, press, and lifts. Cleaning all filters daily and cleaning off of the mezzanine. - Responsible for the re-elevation of any wet / damp loads prior to (his / her) shift ending. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Transfer all product from Soil side to the Clean side at close of business each night allowing for production to start up correctly.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required - High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred - Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required - Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment - Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds - Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots - The temperature in the plant may be high, especially in the summer months.

The primary purpose of Linen Tech position is to represent Faultless Linen on site by delivering clean linen carts to the floor, potentially picking up dirty linen and ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient. All linen must then be recorded for billing and accountability.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage in-house inventory levels in each departments - Exchange carts -Count all linen on the carts and bring them back up to the par level before delivering them -On incoming carts, ensure that the par levels are on the cart and take them to their distribution point. - Floor carts: -Load inventory on carts to be distributed to the units -Count all linen on unit carts and replace items to correct PAR levels -Sign off on the unit cart checklist -Record data utilizing the appropriate method (i.e. tablets, order sheets) - Interface professionally and effectively with people at the hospital; nurses, nurse managers, clinicians, Central Supply, Materials Manager and the Environmental Service Department. - During the day with exchange carts -First thing go to the floors with the full, clean carts and bring down the carts that were used the day before. -Return to the locations and make all the counts for the areas that don’t have their own carts, inventory them, fill the order and take them back up to the floor. -Fill up both carts and take them up there and re-stock to par level. - During the day without exchange carts -First thing build carts to take to units to rebuild unit carts -Count all linen on unit carts and replace items to the correct PAR levels -Record this data as mentioned above. - Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the inventory room at all times. This would include in some cases dust and wet moping the floors - Handle all routine duties and special calls for linen - Problems – running out of Linen – someone goes above usage, - contact Service Manager if linen supplies not sufficient in the inventory room. - Converse with driver – see if there are any special needs. Spend considerable time with the account rep – collaborate on issues, inventory levels. - Well represent our Company as well as the client’s Company – exhibiting sound values. - Must be able to build and maintain solid professional relationships. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES The Loadout Coordinator's primary responsibilities is to assist Plant Leadership in coordinating product on floor.
