Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team in the South Texas/Weslaco, Tx. plant.
Shift: Rotating Weekly Shift (May start shift at 4:30am)
Salary: $14.00 - $22.00 / Hour Depending on Experience
This is a route-based service-oriented position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies. To grow existing customer business through sales and retention programs, to provide prompt, effective solutions to customer needs, to maximize route revenue through improved time management and upgraded product mix, to maximize contract terms by identifying changes in programs that require updated paperwork and to be ImageFIRST’s “face” to our customers and potential customers.
Create loyal customers by utilizing all resources available. Strict compliance with and all DOT / Safety requirements. Ensure consistent daily interaction with all Route Sales Drivers through Face to Face Check-In. Conduct regular “Deep Dive analysis to ensure potential Revenue/EBITDA opportunities are captured. Serve as the locations voice of the customer and voice of the Route Sales Driver. Train, develop, and evaluate Route Sales Driver to assure that their individual performance meets the requirements of their job description goals. Serve as liaison with General Manager, Plant Manager, Office Manager and Service Leaders.
