Maintain Integrity and Confidentiality of all business related information. Manage local payroll process utilizing ADP eTIME - Adding or removing Associates from the time clocks including schedules. - Adding any compensated absences, bonuses, change in pay, cashouts, loan requests, etc. - Submit timecards by Monday morning Responsible for completing new hire, termination and payroll change paperwork for all new Associates in Service, Production and Office on behalf of the management team at your location. Ensures all Associate related activities are completed weekly. Responsible for maintaining the local Community Giving Project, which includes event coordination, payroll contribution forms and disbursement of the annual corporate donation. Conduct Benefit orientation and help new hire enroll in desired program (s). Assist Corporate HR with annual Benefits Open Enrollment process. Ensures that all Leave of Absence paperwork, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA is completed and provided to the HR Business Partner, including updates to their status in a timely manner.
