Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to grow the revenue generated by National Accounts, through both current account management and acquisition of business with organizations not currently using ImageFIRST. Location of role can be remote in the US.

 

Qualifiers:

  • 25% Annual Growth of National Account Revenue.
  • Acquisition of at 5+  new National Account partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new National Account partners through identification of prospects, engagement with decision makers and negotiation of contract terms and pricing.
  • Management of existing National Account partners with a focus on relationship and growth.
  • Conduct growth-based business reviews on a semi-annual or annual basis.
  • Renew and manage National Account contracts.
  • Drive growth within existing National Accounts through TBM and Sales Management interaction, education and promotion.
  • Work closely with GMs to ensure continued quality, service and inventory management of National Account locations.
  • Attend National Account partner trade shows.
  • Adhere to ImageFIRST Operating Principles.
  • Work to achieve “Our Purpose” – to build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers, and their patients.

Preferred Qualification: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years strategic selling to key accounts
  • 10 years of sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Contract Negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem solving, written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
  • Independent work ethic a must
  • Value-based servant leader
  • Potential to take on more in the future.
  • Strong Computer literacy - MS Office Suite
