Create loyal customers by utilizing all resources available. Strict compliance with and all DOT / Safety requirements. Ensure consistent daily interaction with all Customer Advocates through Face to Face Check-In. Conduct regular “Deep Dive analysis to ensure potential Revenue/EBITDA opportunities are captured. Serve as the locations voice of the customer and voice of the Customer Advocate. Train, develop, and evaluate Customer Advocate to assure that their individual performance meets the requirements of their job description goals. Serve as liaison with General Manager, Plant Manager, Office Manager, HR and Service Leaders.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to the nature of the day-to-day schedule, the route analyst should be capable of moving through and completing interrupted tasks or projects in a timely manner. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is crucial. While the route analyst does perform daily administrative tasks, the role is uniquely positioned to provide oversight in key areas. A route analyst should ask questions and critically think through errors and challenges, to help facilitate the best possible outcome: identifying mistakes before they become problems and providing solutions whenever possible.
