Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Route Operations to join our team in Los Angeles! (Gardena)

 

Monday - Friday: Onsite

Pay range: $70,000 - $75,000

Accounts Receivable

  • Create and apply credits, research and resolve payment discrepancies, and work closely with field teams for account clarifications.
  • Monitor terminated accounts and coordinate with collection agencies as necessary.
  • Main point of contact for national accounts and special billing.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant financial records and reports.
  • Be the liaison between our local Service team, Corporate AR, and customers/

Route Operations & Compliance

  • Conduct daily Face-to-Face Check-Ins with Route Sales Drivers to review performance, address issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee fleet safety and maintenance, including scheduling service, monitoring truck requirements, and resolving billing issues.
  • Perform deep-dive route analysis to identify revenue growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate Route Sales Drivers to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership across departments to align service and operational strategies.
  • Support customer onboarding, resolve service concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience.
  • 1+ years of route sales management or service operations experience.
  • Valid DOT medical certification (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe).
  • Strong leadership, training, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to identify and solve operational and financial discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, phone, and in person.
