ImageFIRST is growing quickly, and we are fueling a surge of Sales Recruiting !  We are looking for two more Sales Recruiters to join our team for the next 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent staff.  The role is hybrid or remote, based in Westchester County, NY, in our newly refurbished Elmsford, NY, office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Responsibilities:

    • Pair with a Regional Sales VP and hiring managers within the sales team to source, screen, and close sales roles. 
    • Supported by our team Coordinator, ensure quick and responsive scheduling of next steps in our recruiting process with hiring managers and candidates for video interviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
    • Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active, regular communication
    • Maintain and report out on activity as part of TA reporting to leadership
    • Assist with candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and other internet research techniques
    • Help manage the offer and pre-employment screening proces,s including administration of drug tests, background checks and E-Verify
    • Assist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
    • Responsible for staying abreast of Talent Acquisition industry trends regarding competitive marketplace, keeping up to date on best practices, recruiting trends and tools, sourcing tools and techniques, and recruiting technology
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems, ICIMs a plus
    • Support and involvement with other Talent Acquisition projects as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of previous recruiting experience; ideally previous sales recruiting experience
    • Some experience in a corporate HR or internal TA/Recruiting environment
    • 2+ years of previous experience at an agency or search firm, a plus
    • Demonstrated strong organization and teamwork skills
    • Flexibility, have the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Previous experience with an ATS and a progressive mindset to learn and adopt new technologies
    • Preference for candidates based in the NY area who can go into our Westchester, NY office 2-3 times a week
