Join us and be part of a Remarkable Talent Acquisition team!. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a recruiting specialist leading Plant Operations recruitment. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing a focused recruitment strategy for Operations recruitment, playing a critical role in talent pipelining, forecasting, and building strong relationships with HR in all our US locations.

 

*This position is a hybrid position, based in Elmsford, NY.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Plant Operations Talent Acquisition to create sustainable recruitment strategies and techniques. 
  • Accountable for performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of each department 
  • Plan, develop, manage, and oversee employer branding activities, including internal & social media outlets. 
  • Responsible for analyzing recruitment data & reporting, and creating KPI reports 
  • Design, plan, and execute full life cycle recruitment for a set of requisitions. 
  • Supervise and work cooperatively with 1-2 additional recruiters/sourcers handling plant hiring. 
  • Enhance & create procedures that empower and strengthen the candidate experience. 
  • Supports HR field positions with recruitment planning, strategy, and training 
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. 
  • Responsible for staying abreast of Talent Acquisition industry trends regarding competitive marketplace, best practices, recruiting trends, and tools and technology 

 

Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 5+ years in high volume Talent Acquisition in a corporate HR environment 
  • Experience leading a team and managing others 
  • Experience in recruiting in plant or light industrial environments is desirable
  • ATS experience, iCIMS preferred 
  • Spanish language skills are a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers 
  • Demonstrated ability for strong relationship building and collaboration 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Proven experience defining metrics for success and using those metrics to drive recommended projects 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays, as required
