We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Senior Director of Accounting and Treasury to join our organization in King of Prussia, PA.

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Accounting- Treasury to lead core finance operations—including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Treasury—for a fast-paced, multi-site organization. This role is ideal for a CPA with in-depth technical accounting expertise and strong leadership skills, who excels in environments where accuracy, efficiency, and growth converge.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP

  • Oversee A/P, A/R, and treasury teams and processes

  • Own cash flow reporting, debt compliance, and capital strategy

  • Support monthly close, audits, and financial planning

  • Drive process improvements and standardization across the organization

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, HR, IT, and operations

  • Forecasting

  • Job Requirements

    • Education & Certification

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

      • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required

    • Experience

      • Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience

      • At least 5 years in a leadership or management role

      • Experience leading A/P, A/R, treasury, and cash management functions

      • Proven track record of leading monthly close and audit processes

      • Background in multi-site or complex organizational structures

      • Experience in private equity, M&A, or high-growth environments preferred

    • Technical Skills

      • Deep understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and compliance standards

      • Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

      • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.)

      • Experience with cash flow forecasting and debt compliance tracking

    • Leadership & Communication

      • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership

      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Capable of working effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
