Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are currently seeking an exceptional Regional Vice President to join our dynamic healthcare services team. As a pivotal leader, you will oversee a designated region encompassing multiple markets, driving operational excellence, fostering growth, and ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service across all locations. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, outstanding managerial capabilities, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Visit between locations within the region to provide support and guidance to Regional Managers.
  • Drive corporate business objectives by aligning regional strategies with company goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to oversee regional operations, including production, service delivery, sales, and general administration.
  • Mentor and develop Regional Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to optimize team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand core business within the region.
  • Lead regional merger and acquisition efforts, identifying opportunities for expansion and integration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion and growth.
  • Facilitate quarterly strategic planning sessions to align regional initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Promote a culture of safety and uphold company core values among associates and within the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Manager or higher-level operational role.
  • 10 years of experience in the service-related industry, preferably within healthcare services.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Strong salesmanship and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Effective leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare services industry and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
