HOURS: 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday, some weekends & occasional OT.)

RATE: $20.00-$23.00hr. based upon experience

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Receive and inspect all inbound shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and manage inventory in accordance with company standards
• Track inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain and update inventory records using Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate and communicate with leadership to share inventory data and trends
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Inspect discarded or rejected linen to confirm it meets discard criteria and should be removed from inventory
• Properly stage and ship out discarded product to appropriate destinations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with scheduling and preparing outbound deliveries
• Support cross-functional teams as needed (e.g., production, service)
• Load Trucks with Linens and Garments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required
• Must be able to drive a 26’ truck
• DOT Physical
• Able to push and pull a loaded sheet cart
• Candidate must possess a high energy attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
