Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Vice President to join  Image FIRST, our growing organization,  in Elmsford, NY (30 mins north of Central Park).

 

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development to work with our CEO to spearhead our long-term growth initiatives and corporate development efforts. This executive will focus on shaping the company’s strategic direction, identifying new opportunities, and fostering partnerships that drive sustainable value. As a Private Equity-backed company, this role will be exposed to the world of Private Equity investing.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic vision and initiatives in alignment with overall business goals
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with other executives to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, leading due diligence and integration efforts
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations
  • Manage the corporate development team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster skill development and career growth
  • Drive innovation across the organization by fostering a culture of creativity
  • Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across departments and establish clear performance metrics to measure success
  • Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with potential partners, investors, and other external entities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful business strategies in a complex environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in M&A processes, including negotiation, financial modeling, and integration
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
