Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales divisions, including account set up, pricing updates, and cost analysis to support a growing sales organization currently with 100 sellers
  • Provide reporting, data analysis and support to expedite workflows, automate processes, and improve the precision of manual processes where needed
  • Document all data and reporting processes
  • Processing, managing, reviewing, auditing and reporting on new customer contracts
  • Assist in the management of multi-location accounts, pricing and contracts
  • Perform document management, including scanning, uploading and filing
  • Maintain core business application through data entry & customer account maintenance
  • Generate and update various reports as assigned
  • Oversee and optimize sales platforms, including CRM and territory planning software, to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Front line support of inbound requests from Sales and Service divisions
  • Respond to incoming calls and website inquiries, effectively engaging with potential new business opportunities and collaborating with the sales team

 

Requirements:

  • Positive, customer service-oriented role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to navigate competing priorities
  • Must enjoy a fast paced, deadline driven work environment
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Sharepoint & Docusign
  • Familiarity with sales support systems and processes a plus
  • 2-5 years’ experience
  • Must be available until 6 pm on select evenings to accommodate business needs
