Responsibilities & Qualifications

Route Specialist (Route Driver Sales Support )

Salary: $46,800-$62,400 yearly

Monday-Friday

 

 

This is a route-based service-oriented position supporting our Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies throughout route driving support. 

  • Support and promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, customers and community.
  • Product knowledge: pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product application
  • Paperwork: work order preparer
  • The Route Specialist will perform all functions of a Route  Associate but will not have a set customer base.
  • This role is crucial in providing excellent route service through the pick-up, cleaning, maintenance, and delivery of uniform and facility services products to business customers
  • The Route Specialist will also be responsible for filling in for absent  Customer Associate and increasing catalog. 
  • This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the success of the team by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • ation and follow-up, invoice accuracy
  • Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc…)
  • Make special deliveries to customers
  • Lead generation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
  • Must be computer literate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
  • One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
