ImageFIRST seeks a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Total Rewards based in our King of Prussia, PA facility. This pivotal role will oversee and strategically lead our Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR Technology, and Leave of Absence/Workers' Compensation teams. The Vice President of Total Rewards will be instrumental in shaping our Total Rewards strategy and building on and strengthening the foundation of our current programs. This role is not just about maintaining the status quo; this leader needs to bring innovative ideas and drive meaningful change that aligns with ImageFIRST’s mission, values, and business priorities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports ImageFIRST’s business priorities of creating exceptional associate experience, driving operational excellence, and achieving profitable growth. This position will also be a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on all aspects of total rewards.

 

· Team Development and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HR Technology, and Leave of Absence/Workers Compensation teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth within the department.

 

· Program Design and Implementation: Evaluate, design, and implement competitive and innovative benefits, compensation, and incentive programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Ensure these programs are aligned with industry best practices and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

 

· Operational Effectiveness: Strengthen the foundation of the Total Rewards function by streamlining processes, enhancing data integrity, and leveraging HR technology to drive efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

 

· HR Technology and Payroll Oversight: Oversee the HR Technology and Payroll teams, ensuring that systems and processes are optimized to support the organization’s total rewards strategy. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to drive enhancements in HR systems and data analytics capabilities.

 

· Compensation Strategy: Lead the development and management of competitive compensation programs, including the development and maintenance of salary structures, incentive plans, and market analysis. Ensure compensation practices are equitable, transparent, and aligned with business objectives while collaborating closely with the Finance department to guarantee precise reporting and meticulous auditing.

 

· Benefits Management: Oversee associate benefits program design, implementation, and administration. Regularly assess the effectiveness of current offerings and make strategic adjustments to improve associate satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

 

· Leave of Absence/Workers Compensation: Provide strategic oversight for leave of absence and workers' compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with organizational goals.

 

· Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives, ensuring that changes are communicated effectively and that associates understand the value of new or revised programs.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance , Business Administration or a related field; master's degree preferred.

· Certification in Compensation (CCP), Benefits (CEBS), Actuarial Science (EA) preferred.

· 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or a related function, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic total rewards programs that drive business results.

· Strong understanding of HR technology, data analytics, and payroll systems.

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; comfortable navigating between big-picture vision and detailed implementation.
