Responsibilities & Qualifications

The ImageFIRST Oklahoma Route Analyst will ensure consistent daily interaction with all Customer Advocates (Route Representatives/Drivers) through face-to-face check-ins, create loyal customers by utilizing all resources available, maintain strict compliance with all DOT and safety requirements, conduct regular deep-dive analysis to ensure potential revenue and EBITDA opportunities are captured, serve as the location's voice of the customer and the Customer Advocates, train, develop, and evaluate the Customer Advocates to assure that their individual performance meets the requirements of their job description goals, and serve as liaison with General Manager, Plant Manager, Office Manager, and Service Leaders. This position is for Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Compliance/Analysis through:

  • Face to Face Check-In - Utilizing the Face-to-Face Checklist on the Company Intranet
  • Fleet Safety/Maintenance: Oversee all truck maintenance, monitor fleet requirements, handle billing issues, and monitor and maintain required truck supplies
  • Report Analysis: Utilize systems to identify revenue and EBITDA opportunities

 

Help Create Loyal Customers through:

  • Quality: Work with Customer Advocates, Service Leaders, and Production Leaders as needed to ensure we are delivering consistent high quality at all times.
  • Onboarding/Ongoing Training: Participate in the Customer Advocate onboarding and initial six-week training.      
  • Problem Resolution/Customer Service: Improve customer loyalty through excellent interaction and complete resolutions to any customer concerns.          
  • New Account Set up and Follow Up
  • Initiative – Initiate new ideas to get the job done by going beyond the normal performance expectations of the position.
  • Goodwill - Help develop and facilitate customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain other reports as required by the General Manager.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of three years' experience of Route Sales Management
  • Proven Leadership: Ability to lead and direct service and production associates to streamline production, improve productivity, and increase profitability
  • Salesmanship: Ability to identify customer needs of our products and services
  • Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
  • Decision Making: Ability to identify problems and their root causes and then develope alternative courses of action and make decisions that are based on factual information and logical assumptions
  • Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone, and face-to-face communication skills with associates, customers, and managers.
