Responsibilities & Qualifications

ImageFIRST is seeking a strategic finance business partner to lead financial analysis and drive strategy development and execution in a critical area of the business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of the Specialty Outpatient Division, the Director of Finance will embed in the Northeast Region and partner with the Region Vice President. The individual will be a key leader in a region comprised of five plant operations and ten branch locations covering key healthcare markets including, Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have a deep finance background, exceptional leadership and collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic thought partner. The candidate will require strong analytics skills to provide relevant, timely and actionable direction to business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Division CFO and Northeast Region Vice President to lead financial analysis and strategy development across operational and commercial functions
  • Create high quality analyses to support business decision-making, including risk and opportunity identification, customer profitability studies and network cost optimization assessments
  • Collaborate with Division CFO to drive consistency of operating rhythm across locations, ensuring the appropriate cadence of business reviews, standardization of KPIs and tracking of key actions
  • Develop strong partnerships with site leadership and advise on key business matters (e.g., prospective customer pricing, PP&E investments, labor staffing model, etc.)
  • Work closely with and provide direction to plant leadership through ROI analysis on capital investments
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with extended Finance team and Northeast business leadership
  • Assist with the development of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Senior Management and the Board of Directors

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA in Finance and/or Strategy strongly preferred
  • Minimum 7-8  years of experience (with minimum 7 years in FP&A) in a Corporate or multi-site divisional capacity and/or closely related function
  • Ability to think both analytically and creatively; high level organizational skills and attention to detail
