We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Warehouse Supervisor to join our healthcare services team in Houston, TX!

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM (1st or 2nd shift, 8-10 hours); no weekends

Pay range: Starting at $60,000 annually (depending on experience) + annual bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards and production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
• Manage product control program to minimize loss:
  
  • Clean return audits
  • Load-out management
• Manage Safety & Health Program:
  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations 
• Maintain high associate approval rating

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience required; healthcare or laundry industry a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Computer literate, general PC applications; intermediate Excel a plus
• Ability to work 5-day, 10-hour schedule 
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
