Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Branch Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK! The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct, and develop customer relations and service management in a Route Sales environment. The Branch Manager will oversee 5-7 routes and manage the growth opportunities within these routes.  

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $72K - $80K (depending on on experience) + annual bonus 
Car Package: $500.00/month, fuel card, toll pass and reinbursed for any additional out of pocket expenses

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hire, train, develop and coach Customer Advocates (Route Drivers), Route Specialists, Customer Advocate Asisstants, Shuttle Drivers, and other Service team members
  • Daily execution of service routes and customer interactions
  • Route Logistics – Routing of Accounts
  • Daily merchandise control of all clean and soiled products
  • Daily coaching, training and monitoring of route performance through check in process
  • Manage daily account functions: (audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation etc.)
  • Accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices
  • Manage all daily productivity and performance expectations
  • Execute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route business
  • Ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with strong business experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in operations or service management required; experience in retail or manufacturing industry strongly preferred; laundry industry experience is a plus
  • Valid, clean driving record required
  • Sales experience strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Need to be comfortable with going on route if needed
  • Ability to manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Financial acumen/P&L experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with minimal supervision required
  • Ability to perform short- and long-range planning
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 800 pounds
  • Ability to reach, walk, and sit while driving a delivery vehicle
  • Ability to bend to pick up garments and bulk items
  • Ability to climb repeatedly in and out of a truck while carrying product
