Responsibilities & Qualifications

Our Supervisor will be responsible with assisting in the daily management of the East Fulfillment Center.

 

Shift:     1st shift- Monday to Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm) and Fridays (7:30am-3:00pm)

              

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Fulfillment Center Associates & standards
  • Manage fulfillment center schedule that delivers product on time
  • Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
  • Manage daily operations: product flow, shipping, receiving, merchandise expense, used garment issues, new order process, garment preparation
  • Create and analyze reports to enhance fulfillment center performance
  • Review key performance indicators (KPI’s) and develop improvement plans as needed  
  • Maximize fulfillment center efficiency and capacity
  • Manage Safety & Health Program: ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain high associate approval ratings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years warehouse or plant management/leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and oral communications skills
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office products and Oracle programing is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
  • Previous experience with the Healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred
