Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a SERVICE DIRECTOR to join our Specialty healthcare services team in Denver, CO!

 

Pay Range: $100K-$120K + bonus, car allowance, fuel card

 

The Service Director will manage 5 District Manager direct reports, and a total team of 30 Service Associates. Responsibilities include staffing and hiring, training and development, customer service management including problem resolution, and profitable growth within existing accounts. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Operations Management, Service Management operational experience (Route sales,) and/or Sales Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent managerial experience
  • Ability and willingness to hold people accountable and to follow policies and procedures 
  • Strong organizational and oral communications skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, general PC applications; Excel a plus
  • 50% travel across CO required

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream; budgeting experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and development, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • growth mindset with ability to think strategically and to scale up operations and talent
