Responsibilities & Qualifications

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Industrial Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Southwest Region!

 

Pay Range: $120K-$140K + bonus

Travel Required: up to 80% in West region

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

In this key role reporting to the Regional Vice President, Southwest Region, the Regional Industrial Maintenance Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Develop training for location maintenance managers and mechanics
  • Facilitate monthly corporate maintenance meetings
  • Oversee utility tracking for region
  • Oversee boiler maintenance programs and boiler operating license requirements
  • Conduct quarterly plant visits to:
    • Review PM program
    • Evaluate equipment condition
    • Review/track local projects
    • Review utility tracking
  • Assist Engineering team with capital project management for projects within region
  • Ensure compliance with safety items (Arc Flash, pressure vessels, confined space, etc.)
  • Work on equipment rebuild
  • Evaluate plant "tour readiness" - ensure plants are tour ready via reviews during quarterly visits

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ten years of Industrial Maintenance experience required, including 5+ years of Maintenance Management 
  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within an industrial setting; laundry industry experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability principles, and CMMS systems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability in all aspects of maintenance operations
  • Willing/able to travel up to 80% required
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Demonstrated competency through testing, course completion or work experience in ALL the following:
    • Electrical Power
    • Electrical Controls
    • Mechanical
    • Plumbing
    • Welding
  • Ability to identify team strengths and weaknesses and help coach level 1-4 maintenance staff.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required
