Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to continued growth and success, ImageFIRST is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales - Southwest to lead and drive our expanding sales force. This is a newly created role, reflecting our ongoing growth and commitment to providing unmatched services in the healthcare sector. The Regional VP will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of 5 Regional Sales Managers and 30 Territory Business Managers across the Southwest region. This leadership role will focus on driving new business, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating with operations teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team of 5 Regional Sales Managers and 30 Territory Business Managers.
  • Oversee all new business sales efforts in the region, ensuring strategic goals and revenue targets are met.
  • Collaborate with operations and service leaders to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Drive growth initiatives and identify market opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall company objectives and promote continued growth in new business.
  • Manage forecasting, reporting, and analytics to monitor team performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales initiatives with broader business strategies.
  • Participate in high-level sales negotiations and close deals with major clients.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a service-oriented or healthcare-related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large sales teams and driving new business development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and operational leaders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
