Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet visitors and perform general administrative duties
  • Clerical: Handle incoming calls; open and sort mail; assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
  • Create various spreadsheets and maintain data as necessary and as directed
  • Order supplies, merchandise and products as necessary and as directed; continue to maintain and stock office supplies in a neat, organized fashion 
  • Maintain all business associated reports in an up-to-date, user friendly, and organized fashion
  • Adhere and comply with all Safety, Security, Policies and Procedures, Guidelines, Company Protocols and other related compliance as dictated
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks associated with the Administrative facet of the business and operation as necessary and as dictated by Management    

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years' of Administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Salesmanship – Ability to identify needs and customer relationship for our products and services 
  • Leadership – The ability to lead and direct co-workers and associates to streamline production, improve productivity and increase profitability  
  • Knowledge - Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations  
  • Decision Making – Identify problem/root causes and develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions that are based on logic assumptions which reflect factual information 
  • Communication – Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face communication skills with associates, customers and managers 
  • Integrity/Accountability/Follow Through – Demonstrates commitment to personal productivity and work quality;  attends to task from inception to final resolution and accepts personal responsibility for assigned work 
  • Creativity – Looking for new and innovating ways to improve customer satisfaction
