Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to tremendous growth, we are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA.

 Responsibilities:  

  • Talent Acquisition Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Department, supporting HRGs across business divisions in recruiting efforts.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring attraction of top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates for skill and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job specifications, and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, implement standardized recruiting practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related field
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated strong teamwork skills.
  • Able to lead a team effectively.
  • Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • iCIMS experience or a similar ATS platform
