Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer support team here at King of Prussia, Pa. We are looking for a professional who values teamwork, is goal oriented, and takes pride in achieving their best. The selected candidate will be joining a Remarkable team who loves coming to work!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00- 5:30, On-site

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a positive moment with every interaction
  • Manage high call volume and email correspondence timely and accurately
  • Keep record of all communication in a thorough and comprehensive way to be used as reference by all associates
  • Identify Customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution and/or alternatives Escalate unresolved problems
  • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Strive to continuously show improvement and be accountable to the team
  • Maintain high self-motivation and consistently take the initiative to deliver outstanding results; be a key contributor towards the team’s Key Performance Indicators
  • Perform outbound customer survey calls 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years' of experience in a call center or solid customer service environment
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer focused, with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a productive member of a team
  • Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to express empathy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
