Responsibilities & Qualifications

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, this position will be key to supporting the rapid expansion of ImageFIRST sales roles including Territory Business Manager, Director of Hospital Sales, and Account Executive. The Sales Trainers will be responsible for training including but not limited to: 13-week success track for new hires, new product rollouts, probing questions, objection handling, presentation skills, contract negotiations, and closing techniques.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert at the ImageFIRST sales process
  • Travel and deliver training in person with new sales team members
  • Ride along with sales reps to inspect the sales process and provide feedback
  • Attend all required sales meetings
  • Become the expert with any new product or service
  • Track training status for any new sales team member
  • Give feedback on sales team members to the appropriate sales leader
  • Provide training support for sales blitzes, promos, etc.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 4+ years outside sales/sales training
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
  • Ability to travel - 60-75%
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • General computer knowledge required
  • Basic math required: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication
  • Well-respected by peers and local leadership
  • Coachable and flexible to process changes
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and high-level performance
  • Ability to learn new skills and take on additional job responsibilities as needed
