As a Client Account Specialist in Denver , you will be responsible for managing key relationships with a targeted portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their ongoing success while identifying opportunities for growth with existing customers in Food and Beverage. 

 

This role is relationship-focused, supporting and growing existing client partnerships while partnering closely with Territory Business Managers on expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the 8-week onboarding success track

  • Manage and grow key relationships within a defined portfolio of existing clients in the food and beverage space

  • Meet or exceed quarterly new business growth targets

  • Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly

  • Strategically position clients for seamless contract renewals

  • Foster long-term client relationships through proactive support and engagement

  • Drive customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently

  • Collaborate with Customer Advocates, Service, and Production leadership to maintain high-quality service delivery

  • Participate in all required sales meetings and training sessions

  • Develop and maintain analytical reports as requested by management

  • Design and execute a Goodwill Plan to strengthen relationships within key accounts

  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders

  • Conduct monthly field rides with the Territory Business Manager

  • Participate in weekly phone outreach sessions in partnership with Outside Sales Specialist

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role

  • Food and beverage sales experience preferred, but not required 
  • Experience supporting existing accounts and managing customer relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel required

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • High sense of ownership with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients

While this position is externally titled Client Account Specialist, ImageFIRST classifies this role internally as an Account Executive. The responsibilities, performance expectations, compensation, and career progression are aligned with our Account Executive role.

 

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 and may vary based on market value, location, skills, and experience. Additionally, there is a car allowance of $550/month + gas card. OTE for Y1 is $90K to $110K, with greater earning potential after Y1.
