Our Production Associates work together in a team environment in our healthcare laundry plant in Weslaco, Texas.    PAY: $10.50/hour  Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm (may work extended hours when necessary)    RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - 8 to 12 years of progressive HR operations experience with at least 3 years leading a team. - Demonstrated success in high growth, fast paced environments. - Deep expertise in payroll, compliance, HR process governance, and operational controls. - Strong project management and execution discipline.
