We are seeking an ambitious Director of FP&A with strong experience working directly for PE Firms.  This position will be leading business growth and optimization through financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. This is a highly visible role that needs to collaborate with executives and managers across the company, reporting to the SVP of FP&A.  The Director of FP&A drives operational excellence and presents information to executive level as well as the Board. The ideal candidate is professional and innovative, able to work in Oracle, (or a similar product -  regarding BI, dashboards, and data programming), with a service and data-oriented mindset

 

 

 

This position is located in Elmsford, NY with some travel to King of Prussia, PA

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

 

 
  • All monthly reporting of financials (actuals, v plan and v Pr Yr) to leadership and Board of Directors
  • Quarterly reporting to the Board and ad hoc/miscellaneous reporting responsible for top-down three statement model (run sensitivity and what-if analyses)
  • Responsible for annual operating plan and developing monthly process for reporting results of the forecast
  • Active role on exit readiness projects led by VP-Data Analytics, including coordinating efforts directly with the board 
  • Responsible for related systems that support reporting (Oracle EPM, etc.)
  • Responsible for developing more effective, forward-looking reports and analyses of KPIs currently measured throughout the Company 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
  • Advanced financial statement modeling
  • Advanced experience working with Oracle EPM or similar platforms, (BI, Dashboards, Data Programming)
  • Effective leadership, mentoring and communication skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related field
  • PE experience of 2+ years
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
  • Strong professional presentation skills
  • Strong and effective project management skills
  • Ability to conduct User Acceptance testing and build hierarchies within EPM
