Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Accounting Manager to join our team at our King of Prussia, PA headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Field Accounting, this role plays a key leadership position in managing field accounting operations while collaborating closely with our corporate accounting and FP&A teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day field accounting operations, ensuring coverage and backup for all critical functions.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP standards.

  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with internal schedules and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with operational leadership to align financial outcomes with business decisions.

  • Manage all aspects of the close process (monthly, quarterly, yearly), including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes in payroll, billing, taxes, and reporting.

  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

  • Lead or support profitability and financial performance analyses.

  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts across business units.

  • Support external audit processes and internal compliance initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide field accounting team members, promoting best practices and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate reporting of assets, liabilities, and expenses via internal tracking systems.

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director of Field Accounting.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

  • CPA certification (required)

  • Public accounting experience (required)

  • 10–12 years of progressive accounting experience

  • 5+ years in an accounting management or leadership role

  • Strong understanding of US GAAP

  • Experience with Oracle and SmartView (preferred)

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, PivotTables)

  • Financial statement consolidation experience (required)

  • Exposure to cost accounting principles (a plus)
