Due to continued growth and success, ImageFIRST is seeking a dynamic and experienced Next Regional Vice President of Sales  for our South Central region. This role will be based in either Dallas or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The RVP of Sales will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and leading territory business managers (TBM’s), Regional Business Managers (RBM’s) and Regional Sales Managers.  Account Executives and Director of Hospital Sales may flow through the RVP org chart as well.  The RVP will own all sales results for their respective region. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the sales force in respective region.
  • Develop key relationships within health systems.
  • Ensure sales team is following sales process.
  • Run weekly region sales meeting.
  • Achieve quarterly targeted new business growth goals.
  • Ensure weekly sales reports are accurate.
  • Inspect what we expect – metric reviews. 
  • Proposal review and approval.
  • Agreement review, negotiation, and approval.
  • Expense report review and approval.
  • Commission report review and approval.
  • Work with GM’s and RVP of Ops on strategic sales plan.
  • Develop and implement new market or vertical launches.
  • Ensure sales force follows pre-install and install guidelines.
  • Help develop Rhythm priorities and review with sales force.
  • Conduct weekly debriefs with sales force.
  • Work with sales force on forecasting and maintaining required hotlist.
  • Consistent recruiting for all areas of the business.
  • Help develop sales training and promotions.
  • Conduct business reviews for respective markets.
  • Attend senior level planning meetings.
  • Assist with company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Consistent field rides with sales force.
  • Assist in interviews for candidates in other regions.
