RESPONSIBILITIES

• Route: Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
• Sales: Increase revenue by selling additional products and services, successfully complete sales programs, develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product application.
• Load truck: your truck should be kept clean and organized, loaded the night before the delivery day, review invoices, maintain route books.
• Truck Maintenance: timely communication of repairs, PM, accidents
• Safety: Operate company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Covering Routes: As a utility, you will cover routes when CA’s (drivers) are on vacation or out sick.
• Customers: Handle all administrative aspects of sales, identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
• Attitude: Maintain enthusiastic and professional attitude and maximize customer contract term.
• Contract Renewals: Work with your manager to renew customer contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ of experience within customer service or sales
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have an excellent driving record
• Must possess a professional appearance
• Must be able to consistently lift 35 pounds 
• Must be able to drive a commercial motor vehicle
• Should possess a sense of direction/knowledge of area
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
