We are seeking a bi-lingual Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Denver, CO.

Schedule: Days Monday - Friday

Pay: $70K-$75K+ bonus

The Human Resources Generalist will oversee all local HR requirements such as Employee Relations, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, and Safety and Compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Corporate Human Resources team
• Complete new hire, termination and payroll change paperwork for all new employees
• Recruit and hire hourly workers
• Ensure all employee related associate engagement activities are completed on a weekly basis
• Maintain the local Community Giving program; ensure community giving activities are planned and coordinated to include all associates
• Disseminate benefit packets to monthly eligible employees and assist in completing paperwork; turn in benefit paperwork on employee’s behalf to Corporate HR for processing; assist Corporate HR with annual benefits open enrollment process
• Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all business and Associate-related information
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• • Must be bi-lingual Spanish - read and write
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Minimum of High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
