Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are looking for a Part-Time Service Support Admin to assist with a wide range of administrative duties that support execution of our companies Service Strategy. This position will report to our King of Prussia office, and have the flexibility to work from home one day per week! The ideal candidate will work 20 hours per week with flexible schedule.

 

Compensation: $22.00/hr

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Service Support departmental email inbox and process requests accordingly
  • Weekly and/or monthly auditing with documentation of assigned company metrics
  • Coordination of customer contracts
  • Customer invoice adjustments
  • Data Entry  
  • Special projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Computer skills with a willingness to learn our enterprise system
  • Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing via email
  • Ability and willingness to assist with projects
  • Flexibility, with the willingness and capability of taking on additional assignments as necessary.
