Responsibilities & Qualifications

This Sales Support Manager role provides contract, reporting and administrative support for Sales Leadership and our national sales team.

 

Duties:

  • Assist in the management of National and Major Accounts pricing and contracts
  • Support day-to-day account management of National Account partners
  • Build and maintain reports for Sales Division and Senior Leadership
  • Provide pricing updates and administrative support to the service and sales divisions
  • Document all data and reporting processes
  • Processing, managing, reviewing, auditing and reporting on customer contracts
  • Provide reporting, data analysis and support to expedite workflows, automate processes, and improve the precision of manual processes where needed
  • Perform ad hoc research and analysis projects - able to synthesize data and research into clear and concise proposals for stakeholders
  • Support data requests and queries, as needed
  • Perform document management, including scanning, uploading and filing
  • Maintain core business application through data entry, customer account maintenance
  • Generate and update various reports as assigned
    • Front line support of inbound requests from Sales and Service divisions

Technical Skills Requirement:

  • Positive, customer service-oriented role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to navigate competing priorities
  • Must enjoy a fast paced, deadline driven work environment
  • Familiarity with sales support systems and processes a plus
  • Good computer knowledge of PC platform and Microsoft Office tools
  • Some database/CRM knowledge
  • 5+ years of experience preferred 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Travel: (1x/month – 1x/quarter)
