Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Service Manager - Route Sales to lead our healthcare services team in Salt Lake City, UT.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct, and develop all quality initiatives and aspects related to customer relations and service management

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Hire, train, develop and coach route sales service team
  • Responsible for training and certification of all compliance areas
  • Daily execution of all service routes and customer interactions
  • Route Logistics – Routing of Accounts
  • Daily merchandise control of all products
  • Manage daily account functions and accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices
  • Manage all daily productivity and performance expectations
  • Manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream
  • Execute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route business
  • Support and assist sales culture throughout the organization
  • Promote safety, security and self development
  • Support an empowered, self directed team concept
  • Other duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 years of route management experience preferred, or management experience in hospitality, high-end retail, car rental or similar industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience
  • Ability to manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream
  • A clean driving record
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales opportunities and determine customer needs assessments
  • Ability to develop route structure based on new accounts and expansion
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent follow up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, and time management and organizational skills
  • High energy with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant and positive attitude under unpleasant and diverse situations

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to manage a route environment
  • Ability to train new hires as needed
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Ability to tolerate moderate traffic scenarios on a weekly basis
  • Ability to manage and maintain a consistent physical work flow
  • Position requires strong time management skills as well as a results oriented service mentality
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant and positive attitude under unpleasant and diverse situations
