Responsibilities & Qualifications


Due to continuing growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our healthcare services team in greater Los Angeles, CA


The Regional Human Resources Manager will support a team of HR Generalists and their General Managers  with all HR requirements including Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety and Compliance. The support will be for 3-6 locations in the California/Western Region.



  • Work closely with the Corporate Human Resources team
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all business and HR-related information
  • Work with Payroll Manager to manage local payroll process utilizing ADP Time and Attendance Programs
  • Responsible for new hire, termination and payroll change paperwork for all new employees within region
  • Oversee recruiting and hiring production associate workers within region
  • Ensure all employee-related associate engagement activities are completed on a weekly basis, and oversee the local Community Giving programs
  • Ensure community giving activities are planned and coordinated to include all associates
  • Oversee local benefits administration at assigned locations, working with Corporate Benefits Manager for processing
  • Assist Corporate HR with annual Benefits Open Enrollment process
  • Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA at assigned locations
  • Ensure timely reporting and follow-up for all worker’s compensation or accident claims, and confirm they are completed and submitted to insurance company in a timely manner
  • Ensure the performance management process is being followed for attendance and performance related areas
  • Ensure quarterly scorecards are reviewed and signed off by associate and manager
  • Ensure employee relations concerns are investigated and handled in a timely manner
  • Support the General Managers and the production and service leadership teams 
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure local maintainance of associate safety files
  • Ensure local maintainance of OSHA logs
  • Assist in the compliance of our safety program with the Production Leadership teams 


  • Must be bilingual Spanish
  • Minimum of 7 years' of experience overseeing Human Resources
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required;bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Payroll experience is preferred but not required
