Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Regional Maintenance Managers to join our healthcare services team. Supporting our Central Region locations, successful candidates will reside near Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City or Dallas.


Up to 75% travel. 



Help our associates achieve their best by guiding our maintenance teams to provide equipment and systems that operate safely and efficiently:

  1. Increase safety awareness among our maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with safety items especially on situations that cause fatalities.
  2. Train local maintenance associates – build depth in our maintenance teams. Train Managers and 2nd and 3rd tier maintenance associates
  3. Facilitate implementation and utilization of our CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) FMX.
  4. Review FMX reports to identify opportunities to help local maintenance teams.
  5. Improve equipment uptime. Eliminate time spent in Quadrant 1 caused by unscheduled downtime
  6. Increase facility capacity without adding equipment (consistent and predictable uptime)
  7. Improve EBITDA by eliminating waste caused by waiting
  8. Provide an added resource for local teams
  9. Facilitate monthly maintenance meetings/training to improve networking among our maintenance department
  10. Develop training sessions for frontline associates on correct way to feed equipment. Work with local maintenance managers to communicate these methods to associates during daily Huddles.
  11. Regularly scheduled facility assessments
  12. Oversee boiler maintenance programs, operating licenses, etc.
  13. Assist Engineering with capital project implementations
  14. Develop Spare parts programs
  15. Develop training content for ImageFIRST University
  16. Regularly scheduled debriefs with Maintenance Managers in your region.  Goal of scheduled debrief is to identify roadblocks facing the associates and figure out ways to remove the roadblocks
