Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to tremendous growth we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Talent Acquisition Department by providing support, guidance and development in all areas of recruiting
  • Assist with full life cycle recruiting for all corporate, plant leadership and sales positions through the iCIMS ATS
  • Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communication
  • Assist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices – including but not limited to internal and external postings, creating recruiting collateral materials, and consistently promoting open positions on social media, job boards and other outlets as appropriate
  • With guidance, partner with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positions
  • Assist with candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking and other internet research techniques
  • Assist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent through iCIMS
  • Responsible for staying abreast of Talent Acquisition industry trends regarding competitive marketplace, keeping up to date on best practices, recruiting trends and tools, sourcing tools and techniques, and recruiting technology
  • Talent Acquisition projects as assigned

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated strong teamwork skills
  • Able to lead a team effectively
  • Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience with iCIMS or a similar ATS platform

  • Knowledge – consistent willingness and desire to grow and develop recruiting skills, and to learn and develop practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
